Wandermere Re-Build

This Modern Ranch House was unfortunately destroyed by the Woolsey Fire in Malibu CA in 2018. The Re-Build is currently under construction and includes a large open floor plan, small guest house / ADU, 4 Bedrooms, and 3 Bath.

Pre-Fab Tiny House

This project is currently in the Schematic Design phase. The project involves designing a boutique hotel in the Monongo Basin just outside Joshua Tree. Using local precedent to inform the design we are attempting to create something that has felt like it has always been there. Stay tuned to see how the project progresses.

The client came to us with the desire to create a small guest house with a gym below at his Bend residence. Unfortunately, this project was never constructed, but we were pretty excited about the design regardless.
